Fundraising Champions: Implement Oxfam Canada fundraising options such as Oxfam Unwrapped (our alternative gift-giving program), Hungry for Change (a local food dinner, hunger banquet or fast), a music fundraiser or event of your choice.

Membership, Campaigns and Public Engagement Champions: Coordinate and deliver engaging presentations about work of Oxfam Canada to a range of audiences. Promote our work and the GROW campaign through tabling at local events and markets. Promote our work and membership opportunities through the region.

LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS IN Miramichi! The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of
Canada and is looking for volunteers to help with our Annual M&M Meat Shops
Charity BBQ Day happening on May 12th 2012.

We are still in need of volunteers at the Miriamichi M&M Meat Shop. We are
looking for people to fill morning shifts (9:00-12:00) and afternoon shifts
(12:00-4:00). If you think you can help please contact Angela Akpan at
aakpan@ccfc.ca .

Charity BBQ Day:
Join us for Charity BBQ Day on Saturday, May 12th, 2012!
On May 12th, 2012, Canadians can help cook up a cure!
Visit any M&M Meat Shops location across Canada to support the 24th Annual
M&M Meat Shops Charity BBQ Day benefiting Crohns and Colitis Foundation of
Canada (CCFC). M&M Meat Shops franchisees, staff and thousands of volunteers
from coast-to-coast will grill hamburgers and hot dogs to meet the 2012
fundraising goal of $1.5 million.

Visit any M&M location across Canada to enjoy a hamburger or hot dog, a
drink and a bag of chips for a minimum donation of only $3.00.
All proceeds go directly to the CCFC to fund research to help find the cause
and cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
